Anybody for one last ride? Talked to Groomer Bob and wants to know how many people want to ride Sherman Pass area one more time? He would groom up to a point where we would unload at snow by Sherman Road and 102 turnoff to Round Meadow. There is at least 2-3 feet on the ground around Sherman Pass.

Western Snowmobile Racing is hosting the Grass Drags at the Kern County Fairgrounds during the Sportsman Show Feb. 9th-10th. The Snowmobiles seem to steal the show every year and we would greatly appreciate any local participation by Sugarloafer club members. I know its hard to drag youself away from the snow for a day...but this is an excellent opportunity to show off our sport and bring others into snowmobiling. Besides...It's lots of fun and everyone can participate. WWW.WSRRACING.COM

Memberships are being mailed to the state this weekend and as always, are due to the state by the end of the year. Thank you to those who sent theirs in on time and for those who haven't, please do so soon. It's allot more work for me if everyone straggles in, so please don't let that be you. If you are enjoying the snow and the open trails, then do your part to help keep them open please. If you misplaced your membership form that was mailed a month ago directly, click on the membership link on this site and print off a new one and mail it in. Thanks!!!
